A biological virus shares this idea with the imaginary virus that keeps growing and replicating itself. A biological virus is a program which is designed to actively infect a living computer, replicate itself on that living computer and then proceed to infect other computers across the network. However, whereas biological viruses are often part of the natural occurring ecosystem, computer viruses generally are created artificially. They are sometimes hidden in “virus” programs (programs that run invisibly on your computer without your knowledge) or they can be spread by email.
Biological weapons are also called biological warfare, biohazard, or biological weapons. The U.S. Military refers to them as minor irritants and even describes their use as a way of helping to confuse or deter an enemy. It is thought that biological warfare is responsible for the frightening attacks on soldiers in Iraq.
As frightening as biological viruses and weapons are, they are not the only thing that you should be worried about. Not long ago, a group of hackers called “August hacker syndicates” were found to have hacked into the US Military’s Computer Network. Biological weapons are much worse than computer viruses in many ways. For instance, a biological virus could wipe out a city, killing tens of thousands of people. A computer virus only kills files it finds on your hard drive. A biological virus could wipe out the entire United States Military, or perhaps the entire world.
How can you protect yourself? It’s really simple: Be aware. The military was recently found to be aware of biological viruses but did not have any way to protect themselves. They were so uneducated that they actually thought they had been doing something good for the economy! You need to educate yourself about what these biological weapons are, how to protect yourself, and how to defeat the virus once it gets in.
One of the most disturbing things I heard was from an acquaintance, a former Ft. Lauderdale airport worker: “We have had a cyber war between terrorists and the federal government. Recently a biological virus was released and it is killing people. It is killing people in the U.S. and in South America. We’ve had to call off flights for days because of fears of an inform (infested, biological virus). This has all happened because of social media.”
A bio-weapon attack would be very similar to the anthrax attacks of 9-11; where a biological weapon made by a nation state was used against our country. The toxin has been named “Infectious Toxin Part 2.” Now then, why has this information not been shared with the American People? Is the Obama Administration protecting the perpetrators of these crimes? Why has the intelligence community not looked into the possibility of a biological weapon?
In my professional opinion there are several reasons that I believe this information should have been shared with the American People prior to the spraying of deadly viruses in Florida. For starters, the military and the Department of Homeland Security do not know how to protect the nation from biological weapons and viruses. Secondly, as the anthrax and other viruses have evolved from their original genetic forms to the more deadly computer viruses we are dealing with here in the US, we also know that we cannot protect the population from the new forms either. Lastly, as the citizens of this great nation to become aware of this impending weapon of mass destruction (WMD) in their midst, they will no longer be willing to take chances. If a biological weapon is released into the population the outcome can be disastrous.
